EQkey is an AI writing keyboard for iOS and Android by Surgelit LLC. For setup help, keyboard features, account questions or technical support, email [email protected] with "EQkey Support" in the subject line.

Account and Guest-data Deletion

A signed-in user can permanently delete the account in EQkey > Settings > Account > Delete account. To request deletion without the app, or to request deletion of guest data, follow the instructions in Account deletion and privacy rights.

Privacy Requests

To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected] with the subject line "EQkey Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Report AI Keyboard Content

In EQkey, open Settings > Support > Report keyboard content. If you cannot use the in-app form, email [email protected] with the subject line "EQkey Safety Report." Do not include passwords, verification codes or payment information.
